Platform Code of Ethics

The use of our platform is only possible in accordance with this code of ethics, which sets out clear rules and limits.
1. Emphasis on voluntariness and personal freedom.
We support exclusively voluntary and legal activities of adults over 18 years of age, who make their decisions freely and without any coercion. We do not support, tolerate, prohibit any form of pimping or forced prostitution. Each user is fully responsible for the content of their advertisements and for all services they offer.
2. We reject human trafficking We strongly reject human trafficking. In case of suspicion, we recommend that users report such content. We cooperate with the competent authorities.
3. Protection against sexual exploitation and forced prostitution We strictly prohibit and do not tolerate any advertisements or content that could suggest or promote the sexual exploitation of persons, including persons in need or in a dependent position, forced prostitution or extortion of persons for the purpose of providing services. All services must be offered on the basis of a free and informed decision of an adult over 18 years of age without any coercion. In case of suspicion, we recommend that users report such content. We cooperate with the competent authorities.
4. Protection of minors and prohibition of child pornography We strictly prohibit and condemn any sexual abuse of children or minors. It is strictly prohibited to disseminate child pornography, endanger morals and publish any text or image materials that would meet the facts of crimes defined and stipulated by criminal law. Browsing, registering and advertising on our advertising platform is only permitted for adults over 18 years of age.
5. Protection of victims of crime If there is a suspicion that an advertisement related to victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation or other criminal activity has appeared on our platform, we encourage users to report it. We are ready to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other competent institutions if necessary.
6. Prohibition of the dissemination of illegal content We strictly prohibit any text, image or audiovisual materials that: contain child pornography, promote violence, abuse or coercion, contain depictions of sexual violence or humiliation of persons, violate the privacy or rights of third parties, e.g. intimate materials published without the consent of the persons concerned. Each advertisement must respect the rights, dignity and safety of all persons. All advertisements must comply with applicable laws and the rules of our platform. We do not accept content that may violate the law or promote illegal activities.
7. Prohibition of incitement to crime and hatred We prohibit any content that may incite crime or violation of the law, violence, racial, religious, ethnic or other intolerance. Each user is obliged to behave decently, ethically and in accordance with good morals.
8. Protection of privacy and personal data We respect the privacy of our users. We prohibit the dissemination of personal data, photos or phone numbers of third parties without their express consent. We prohibit blackmail, threats and unauthorized handling of sensitive information.
9. Legal liability and sanctions for violation of the code of ethics Violation of this code of ethics may lead to: Immediate removal of the advertisement. Immediate blocking of the user account. Filing a report to law enforcement agencies in case of serious violations. Each user is obliged to act in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, while each user bears full legal responsibility for his/her content and actions.
10. Reporting and cooperation with authorities We provide the possibility of reporting suspicious content or behavior. In case of reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, we are ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Final provisions This code of ethics is binding for all users of the platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this code and all its provisions.
